Migration Day - Where is my e-mail?

Q: Where is my new e-mail received during my migration?

  A: Log on to https://webmail.limepictures.com with your Lime e-mail address e.g. This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and your Lime computer password to see new e-mail.
Here you will be able to send and receive e-mail.
No history e-mail until the 2nd week of Jan 2019.

Q: How do I see my old email?

  A: This will remain in your Microsoft Outlook software. You will not see new e-mails as they will be in webmail during the migration process.


Q: Will I see a member of IT before, during or after migration?

  A: You will not need to see a member of IT before the migration starts. During, you may depending on the progress of your e-mail mailbox. Once that particular batch of migration is completing, then a member of IT may visit you as there are certain final tasks that may require a visit from one of the team.
